The Yamaha YZF-R125, introduced in 2008, is a sport bike manufactured by Yamaha Motor Company.
Model Information
The YZF-R125 is Yamaha's first 125cc production supersports bike. The YZF R125 is a high revving, fuel injected 125cc sports bike aimed at competing with the Aprilia rs 125 and Honda's CBR 125. The bike features the R stylings similar to its bigger brothers, the legendary YZF-R1 and YZF-R6 supersport bikes. Its liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC engine is tuned to deliver free-revving performance right through to maximum power at 9,000rpm with a 6-speed gearbox.
